How long is the delivery time of the products?
All products are made to order and all work is done by hand. Urns and other memorials with personalization are shipped within 3-5 days after ordering. If it concerns a custom urn, the delivery time will be longer. Do you need an urn urgently? Then contact us.

All orders are shipped with PostNL.

If our products are personalized by a unique engraving. Therefore, products cannot be returned. If you are not satisfied, please contact us, we will do our utmost to find a suitable solution.
